Sunglasses Collection

I will never be the kind of person to spend over a hundred dollars on sunglasses. I think that is ridiculous! I am much more comfortable paying a few dollars for a pair that will probably last me a few years. I have recently been enjoying wearing glasses for fashion, whereas a few years ago I would put on some ugly glasses when the sun came out. Here are a few of my go-to sunnies!

These are my two more neutral pairs of sunglasses. I absolutely love the round-framed sunnies! I love that the circles aren't too big so they don't make me look like a bug when I wear them. I picked these up at Old Navy a couple of years ago. If you look closely, you can see where I repaired these glasses in two places when they broke. Unfortunately these glasses were pretty cheap, but Old Navy has great sunglasses for fashion. The other pair were actually given to me by my mom. She used to wear them, and now I get a lot of wear out of them! I love the gold details on these glasses. I find myself pairing these with a lot of outfits, then added gold jewelry.

I wear a lot of pink and mauve clothing. So, believe it or not, these are the three pairs of glasses I reach for the most! The top pair are part of Paula Deen's sunglasses line. I love the shape of them and the colors of the lenses! These are actually really practical glasses because they keep the sun out of your eyes, but they bend way too easily! I put them in my purse for the day, and they were unwearable by the end of the day. I had to carefully bend it back into a shape I could wear. I won't ever make the mistake of putting them in my purse again. The bottom left pair are one of my oldest and most favorite pairs. These glasses don't keep the sun out of your eyes whatsoever, but I love the color of them! I tend to wear these on slightly sunny days so that the sun isn't a huge problem, but I don't look like an idiot for wearing sunglasses. The pair I get the most wear out of are the pink rayban style sunglasses. I wear so much mauve that I can always find an outfit to pair these with. I actually picked these up from Walmart for a few dollars, and they have lasted me a long time and have given me no problems.

I thought that I would also include some of the clear lens glasses that I wear. I wear these just for fashion, although the gold ones also function as reading glasses so that was a bonus when I would wear them to class. The circle gold-framed glasses were a cheap Forever21 find. I really love them, but I feel like they are too big for my face! They definitely make me look like a bug, but that doesn't stop me from wearing them anyway. I get sooo much wear out of the brown glasses. I think they suit my face much better. If I wore actual glasses, I would definitely go for frames like these ones. I picked these. up from Shein and they are obviously pretty cheap, but that doesn't really bother me because they were only five bucks.

These are just a few pairs of sunnies and glasses that I tend to wear as fashion pieces. I think glasses really transform an outfit and I have been LOVING wearing them lately. I hope you enjoyed checking out my collection. Please give this post a like, leave a comment, and subscribe! :)
